UK Standard Delivery
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday at the latest. The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £2.99 for orders below £50. Free delivery on orders over £50.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
We ship all items placed before 12:30 PM same day, this is excluding weekends and bank Holidays.
UK Next Day Delivery
Available all week excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays.
The following are details of our UK Next Day Delivery service:
• If you place your order by 12.30 pm Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day.
• If you place your order between 12.30 pm Friday and 12.30 pm Monday, you should receive your goods on Tuesday.
• Please note we do not deliver on a Bank Holidays and your order should be delivered 2 working days later.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders made before 8 am Monday to Friday are generally despatched the very same day subject to cleared payment through PayPal.
During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and cleared payment. Orders are not processed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
All services are chosen specifically as they are trusted and reliable. The times above are estimates provided by the courier and can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that each courier will aim to meet this time frame for every customer.
If you still haven't received your item after the specified delivery time, please allow 10 working days for delivery (15 days for international delivery), before contacting us to further investigate your item location.
